[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] unbreak live555 detection on mingw32

Hi,

mingw32 linker cares about libraries order, so the patch resort
link order as needed

libgroupsock.a is needed on win32 because of initializeWinsockIfNecessary()

-lws2_32 is needed too, I've added $_ld_sock
