[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] Add fate test

Hello,
a bit hackish, video only, some samples fail even when testing on a
single configuration.
Some, like the wmv drm, do not yet test what they are supposed to test.
Still, better than nothing and hopefully distros etc. will use it
to check that things are working at least on a basic level.
I manually removed the reference file since they made the patch 1.3 MB
large...
