OK. In my addition code I have code to handle bad audio pts, not to fix
broken video pts. During the last 3 years when I have been running my
vsync matching code, audio pts have been the problem. Video pts have
mostly been very good (except when I get the video pts out of order) so
I have not felt any need to fix broken video pts as I have nearly never
seen any.
