da capo, step by step. Track number is a bit more work, so I start with video size:

Corrections for showing video image size:

On startup, show the size of the MPlayer Idle Image (instead of the initial 0x0,
its size is also shown after end of file), if video window not hidden.

Show 0x0 if video window hidden (e.g. playing an audio CD).
