[MPlayer-dev-eng] run command patch

Hi Guys,
i have read several requests about being able to to pass
arguments to MPlayer's run command. This patch (see attachment)
would render the run command more useful because information
like ${filename}, ${stream_pos}, ... would become available for
scripting.

My patch suggestion is a modified version of
Elias Gabriel Amaral da Silva's version. Who posted on this
list about a year ago.

The second attachment is a bash scipt, that is able to to
work with the filename of the currently played media file.
