[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] OSD support for vo_bl

Hello everybody!

After fixing sliced output in vo_bl (@Reimar: thanks for applying), I 
ran into the problem that vo_bl is currently missing OSD support. The 
attached patch implements it. Please review.

PS: The OSD support in vo_bl will be used for the art installation 
"EPKOT" at Hannover Messe (hall 6) starting 2012-04-23.
