During my work on r35757 I realized that my point of view of the video window
was a programmer's one (which is the worst thing that can happen) knowing
that playback actually stops and a second video is started anew.

For the user, however, the video window is a kind of movie screen and a
single present thing during his GUI session, so, yes, I'm convinced now that
user changes including normal or fullscreen should remain until he changes
them again.

A commit will follow soon.
