Besides Hans-Dieter's patch you'll need the attached patch to load a
rpotmeter from a skin file, and a suitable skin - you can patch 'standard'
or 'phony'.
Unfortunately, some skins seem to crash with the Win32 port of the GUI,
because there is no error detection resp. no appropriate error handling
for some cases during image loading. Actually, both of the mentioned skins
are crashing for me under Wine (in pngRead() AFAIR). I haven't yet had time
to investigate further. If they do crash for you too, you'll maybe find an
other skin to test. You get the idea for a potmeter to rpotmeter redefinition
for rotary skin elements from the skin patch.
