[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] Improve potmeter reaction to mouse clicks

Set the potmeter values already when the mouse button is pressed
instead of waiting for it to be released.

This gives a more intuitive behaviour on clicking and dragging.

As mentioned in an earlier discussion, due to v/hpotmeter button jumps
on grabbing I'm not endorsing it. I'm just posting for trialling.
