[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] Enable checking help_text by help_check.sh

Define a symbolic constant for the text and assign this constant
instead of directly assigning the text itself.

This will allow checking the translations of help_text
which has been the only text unable to be checked so far.

(Same changes of course in all the other help/help_mp-*.h, too.)
