[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] GUI: Activate potmeter

The 'pressed' state of a 'potmeter' item is not initialised. By default it's 0 
('btnDisabled'), and the item is inactive. Attached patch to fix.

Tested with the volume pot of default skin 'Blue'.
