Because FFmpeg now has a better API that isn't as ridiculous as the old
API, and fits in well with the other hwaccel APIs.

But if you have so strong feelings about this, you really should have
talked to the author of the new vdpau API.

I plan going forward with my FFmpeg patch to completely remove the
implementation of the old API.
