Gwenole has come back on ffmpeg irc, i think he is going to update the
api for the new codecs that intel now supports.

so i'm not sure the current status of this patch, he said he put your
pat ch on his TODO, after he adds more vaapi codecs to ffmpeg...

(probably i sound like a fool for relaying messages like this.)
