Furthermore, MPlayer ignores the 2-entry palette in 1 bpp raw AVI (which 
should always contain a palette for the record, since 1 bpp AVI is 
palettized, not explicitly monochrome), and treats it as it would be 
monoblack. Close but no cigar. The video will be reversed in many cases, 
like with the sample 1 bpp AVI file.
