[MPlayer-DOCS] [PATCH] New and Improved DVD to MPEG4 guide (menc-feat-dvd-mpeg4)

Hello docs team,

In the current documentation, section 7.11 explains how to create a high
quality DVD rip.  This section was contributed by Samuli Kärkkäinen
based on an email I'd sent to a friend some time ago.  I've learned a
few things since then, and find this text is badly in need of an update.

Last month I submitted the text of this patch to mplayer-users for
comments and have incorporated many improvements based on feedback.  For

I've attached a patch for DOCS/xml/en/mencoder.xml against cvs head.
