Yes, that 4x4 should say i4x4.

It also uses i16x16 and p16x16 both with and without fullinter. (There's 
no option (or reason) to disable those modes in x264.)

So I would say:
.B fullinter
Use all available interframe macroblock types (i16x16, i4x4, p16x16-4x4)
(default: i16x16, i4x4, p16x16-8x8)
