Afaik there's not. I used "vrbs" in MPlayer for a fake fourcc for
demux_ogg and demux_mkv to output. Personally I prefer fourcc to
stupid ms-style twocc/16bit-int method (the latter is too likely to
have collisions even when you don't expect it).
