I have no idea how I should to fix this. I did see the example on
http://www.oasis-open.org/docbook/documentation/reference/html/equation.html
but IMHO those extra informations to add to my bitrate equations are
just useless. I'm not writing on a scientific magazine here.

Maybe I did not use the correct tag for the purpose of those
equations, please suggest me a more appropriate one if you know it.

If you're more inspired than me, feel free to fix it.
