Hum... It's better than what I came with, but it doesn't say that the
documentation is also considered experimental as it is not in the
standard XML or manpage...
I'd like thing like:

* experimental Snow codec documented in DOCS/tech/snow.txt
or
* Snow, experimental wavelet-based codec documented in DOCS/tech/snow.txt

which still suck, but I'm not very inspired.
