[Mplayer-dvb] outdated DOCS/DVB ?

Hi,
I think the info in DOCS/DVB is a bit outdated, at least with the current 
CVS version:

1. Edit libvo/vo_mpegpes.c, and change first #undef HAVE_DVB to:
    #define HAVE_DVB

there is no #undef HAVE_DVB in that file.

and I'm not quite shure if the rest of the file is up to date.
