[Mplayer-dvb] location of DVB/ost

Hi Arpi,

maybe I'm wrong but I think that most people have their DVB sources in 
/usr/local/src/DVB. configure defaults to /usr/src/DVB. If you'd change 
that, one could omit --extraincdir.

Anyway - Mplayer is really a very good piece of work! Keep on rockin'!  :-)
