valoban,vhogy elkerulte a figyelmem a sok flame kozott :)

gdb szerint ettol hal meg:

ez pedig csak akkor okozhat segfaultot, ha a vo_font NULL vagy a pic_a NULL.
ez pedig csak akkor lehet, ha nem tudta betolteni a font-ot.
es telleg!:

get_path('subfont.ttf') -> '/root/.mplayer/subfont.ttf'
New_Face failed. Maybe the font path is wrong.
Please supply the text font file (~/.mplayer/subfont.ttf).
subtitle font: load_sub_face failed.

szoval arrafele kene keresgelni.
btw volt anno egy bugreport meg egy hosszu thread arrol, hogy az mplayer es
a mencoder maskepp kezeli a fontokat, foleg ha van raw es ttf support is
beleforditva... nem nagyon emlexem mi volt, de ez okozhatja hogy mplayerrel
m1 mencoderrel meg sig11.
