[Mplayer-felhasznalok] How to take a screenshot as a ppm file?

I tried this with the ppm option:

    mplayer -vo pnm:ppm video.mpg

but it give me all frames in the video saved as num.ppm,
I need only the screenshot in this format(ppm or pgm) instead.
I tried this, too:

    mplayer -vo xv,pnm:ppm -vf screenshot video.mpg

but give the same results...
