[MPlayer-G2-dev] pre29: introducing config layer

Hi,

pre29 is out... with the long-awaited config layer (layers 0+1 for now).

Notes:
- not all code/case finished (search for TODO and FIXME)
- only a small part of code/modules updated to use new config layer yet
- there are more than one structs/typedefs in cfg.h. with reason...
- ...

ok it's enough for now
check it, and feel free to ask. i know you'll have many questions...

i'll try to write some docs on config layer 0/1, to make things clear.
and i'll start updateing the code to use config layer, ie. define the core
modules and configs, and update plugin modules, migrate vo_info_t etc to
module_info_t and so on. it will be a long and very boring work... :(
