.RAW:

32-byte header, exactly:
"mhwanh" 0x04 0x00
xsh xsl ysh ysl ch cl
0x01 0x2c 0x01 0x2c
zeros...

if colors (ch*256+cl) not zero, then colors*3 byte palette data.

raw image data,  xsize=xsh*256+xsl, ysize=ysh*256+ysl  bpp=colors?1:3

I like it because it's simple and handle all image fromats, from 1bpp to
24bpp.
