[Mplayer-users] recent CVS compile: CARD16 missing - including bugfix

Hi!

I've just compiled the newest version in CVS - I encountered following
compile-error:

In file included from x11_common.h:1,
                 from vo_fsdga.c:38:
/usr/include/X11/extensions/dpms.h:48: parse error before `CARD16'
---------- SNIP ----------

for some files in the volib directory. I helped myself with adding

#include <X11/Xmd.h>

into this files - don't now if this is the right method but it works
for me.
