[Mplayer-users] problem with asus asv2 solved!

ok, heres a patch that makes bih (and o_bhi) dynamically allocated, so
that it works with codecs with extra large BITMAPINFOHEADER.
(i.e ASV2, dont know of others..)

i think that it breaks mplayerHQ (and maybe aviwrite, too) but i havent
tested it.
i only tested avi playback with vfw and direct show and that seems to
work.
