Under windooze you can use divx fix or virtual dub to add an index to the
file, anyhow if your software doesn't add it itself it sucks. Maybe there's a
divx fixer for linux, too. The windooze tools are available from
www.divx-digest.com and virtualdub.sourceforge.net).
