[Mplayer-users] Problem compiling MPlayer ("undefined reference to deflate")

Hi!

I've got a problem compiling the MPlayer - it says something about an
"undefined reference to deflate"

Here are my logs - can anybody help ?

My hard/software:
kernel: 2.2.14
linux distribution: caldera open linux edesktop 2.4
glibc version: 1.2.6
gcc: gcc version egcs-2.91.66 19990314 (egcs-1.1.2 release)  
binutils: 2.9.5
your X11 version: ?
video card vendor/model: Riva TNT2 Chipset
sound card model+driver:  Creative SBLive! with emu10k1
