[Mplayer-users] can't play VCDs

i have a SVCD in bin/cue format. i can play the whole thing as bin file on my
HD. i can burn the pure bin/file (not as SVCD - just the data) to a CD and play
it from there, but as soon i burn the bin/cue file to SVCD (i have the same
problem also with normal VCDs) i can't play it anymore. Video goes in slow
motion, audio has hiccups. Compraing the two outputs (playing the bin file and
then plaiyng the vcd) i noticed only 2 difference.
------here the output playing the VCD-----------
CommandLine: '-v' '-nofs' '-vcd' '1'

differences:
1)
bin: system stream synced at 0xD (13)!
vcd: system stream synced at 0x1546ED (1394413)!

2) strange value for CPU usage for audio
A: 5.8 ( 5.6) V: 1.9 A-V: 3.381 ct: 0.087 37 38% 0% 782.1% 25
-------------------------------------------
video was still in slow motion playing with -nosound. Playing the VCD with -vo
null didn't change anything for the audio (still hiccups). During i play the
VCD i have a CPU idle time of 80%. Playing the bin file i have 50% idle time.
Playing the file as bin file gives me an idle time around 50%.

My bus system can't be too slow. if not i could not play the file from CD when
i burn the bin file to CD.

Till now i was not able to play 1 single (S)VCD with mplayer. did anyone else
have the same experiences? what do i wrong?
