AFAIK it's done. dunno how, but read the DOCS, it must be there somewhere.
maybe with -fbbpp (or -bpp ?), -x -y -vm etc switch.

-vo x11 can't scale image.
-fs overrides -nofs

yes, it's much faster.

maybe your dga driver doesn't support double buffering...
