because their new API needs one more memcpy, and also does YV12->YUY2
conversion and uses more video bandwith... but windows API requires it :)
(as VfW/DShow doesn't really support YV12 pixels, at least not with
stride!=width)

no. configure autodetects it for a while.

yes, it's beta2
