[Mplayer-users] Is this an option?

Could be an option, i've searched for a tool like this but could not find 
it. The only thing that i found was GNU VCDImager but this one could not 
encode DIVX to VCD and if i want to put my movies to VCD i still need 
winblows with TMPGenc and occasianly Virtualdub.
But if it was all build into MPlayer then it would be real killer app. Or 
eventualy an separate tool with the MPlayer distro.
