This tried to load a Windows-DLL, that won't work on SPARC!

Use  -vfm 5   in command line or    vfm=5   in your config file. This switches
to FFdivx-codecs (if you included them before compiling). If not, read 
libavcodec/README  how to get them. 

Oh, almost forgot: RTFM! (Don't know if it's true, but it won't hurt).
