[MPlayer-users] help me!! mplayer using network

have u ever tried "man mplayer" ?!
u should. and u should get into the habit of using man
in general! >-|

to avoid further lame question, here r some general and
very-very-very useful tips:
- always try the latest version from the cvs after trying
  the stable version!
- learn how to search for information
  ("man grep" or "man rgrep" should help)
- learn not to give up reading (i think u r too lazy)

- there r test files on ftp://ftp.mplayerhq.hu/MPlayer/samples
- 1st try streaming through your local webserver
  (not yet installed?! the install one! if u use debian u
   can do it simply with "apt-get install apache")
- and finally dont forget to plug your computer in
  and u also should switch it on!
  (that is: try "./configure --enable-streaming ; make")
