[MPlayer-users] mplayer segfaults (signal 11 in module: unknown)

Hi,
	This is for MPlayer CVS-011205.
When I play an avi file, mplayer starts pops up the video window for 1 sec
and then seg faults with the error message:

MPlayer interrupted by signal 11 in module: unknown

max framesize was 8356 bytes


I ran gdb on mplayer and this is the output:

Also, from mplayer log:

Loading DLL: 'mpg4ds32.ax'
Using DirectShow codec: mpg4ds32.ax

its using the win32 codec mpg4ds32.ax .


The same avi file was played fine with avifile but whats interesting is
that avifile used a different win32 codec, mpg4c32.dll .


Are these two codecs interchangable or did I miss something ?
