[MPlayer-users] 20011228 mencoder compile fail

i got this error when i compiled the today cvs of mplayer.
i think i should compile the mplayer with configure --disable-mencoder,
but i don't know what the problem? where(or which) package contain the
`avcodec_find_encoder_by_name' function
