[mplayer] Clustering

Hi,

since MPlayer is such a great program, I came to the idea=20
of using the input/output routine to write a version working
on a workstation cluster. Of course not for viewing but for
conversion to OpenDivx e.g.=20

I thought of a simple approach first: MPI calls and a simple=20
split of input into n parts for n processors. This should give=20
almost linear speedup in encoding/decoding.=20

What do you think?
