yes. but this divxg400 dll has nothing with this problem.
it's a wrapper for the directdraw windows drivers...

the problem is that only a few cards has Xv driver under linux,
and only 2 cards (matrox g200/400 and sis 6326) has native overlay
driver (which is usable under framebuffer or X 3.3.x too).
and until card manufacturers releases drivers or register-level docs,
it stay unchanged. :(
