[Mplayer-users] artsd support?

Hi, I checked out mplayer for the first time and like it A LOT. Nice error
handling, better than avifile and a lot faster, too. Great! Thanks!

My only problem ATM is the missing arts support. Does anyone know if such a
thing is planned?

I heard that some Mplayer devlopers have a dislike for KDE, but artsd is the
coming standard for Gnome-2.0, too, so support should really be
considered.
