Try latest CVS - I forgot to add EMMS at end of some function - maybe it help you
If no - then try recompile mplayer with --disable-mmx2 --disable-3dnow.
Anyway it would be better to upload to ftp 100-500 frames of your movie
(use VirtualDub to cut out them)
