already looks much better, but I see two flaws: First you should
require a keypress before ejecting dvd tray or ask if to eject at all
(some people have a door in front of their drives, so it's no good idea
to eject it without asking or maybe dvd is already in the drive).
Second you should check for additional dir VIDEO_TS (in addition to
video_ts) and also check vor *.VOB in addition to *.vob.

Also I'd suggest an option to play all vobs of one series (without vob
0, which is usually the menue), ie. VTS_06_*.VOB.
