[Mplayer-users] list traffic

Hi,

mplayer-users gets high traffic nowdays...
i've seen many unsubscribe requests this week :(

some suggestions:
- move coding topics to mplayer-dev-eng (like message translations etc)
- stop the flame and offtopics topics
- don't send one-line IRC-style messages just for fun. at least not too
many...
