cpuid stuff should be fixed in ffmpeg cvs, it's brokwn now.

libavcodec from mplayer cvs:
BENCHMARKs: V:  12.822s VO:   0.007s A:   0.000s Sys:   0.502s =   13.332s

libavcodec from ffmpeg cvs, using old (working) cputest.c:
BENCHMARKs: V:  13.036s VO:   0.008s A:   0.000s Sys:   0.525s =   13.569s

maybe fastmemcpy could help here.
