More intelligence about aspect ratios - this is a can of worms, I'm sure,
what with possibly anamorphic video in the input file, and with possible
non-square pixels on the output.  But it would be nice to get aspect-3
video displayed in the right shape window, or letterboxed for full-screen
to a 4:3 monitor, or (all the other combinations...)
