[Mplayer-users] slow speed with 48khz sound

i've got slow speed playing movies. after reading the docs i guess it's
my soundcard (soundblaster16 isa pnp, somewhat) (with -nosound it plays
much faster). are there any plans to integrate downsampling in mplayer?
