try -srate 96000
(or any number greater than the normal audio playback rate)
it will speed up both video and audio, so they will be in sync!!!

i've just played a brithney spears mpg clip at 3x speed :)
very funny, must try :)

but you need a good audio card or driver with capabilities
to play at high rates, like 96000 and 192000 Hz.
SB Live! can do it for example.

if your system is slow for double/triple rate playback, then
use -framedrop. for extra visual effects try -hardframedrop :)
