I've also menaged to compile mplayer with 3dnow. There were warnings about
3dnow ASM code, but it compiled. Please have a look at it. Everything is in
/MPlayer/incoming/havner

configure --disable-gcc-checking --enable-3dnow --enable-3dnowex > conf
make > make 2 > warnings
