[Mplayer-users] XV loaded, but not working w/ mplayer

You'll not need to update. You must check if the hardware rendering (I donno
if tdfx or dri (direct redering instructions) are the modules for X ). I had
the same problem. I have a nVidia TNT (Yes, I know, old) and not used
the nVidia driver. -vo x11 didn't work. But now I installed them and now ALL
-vo work pretty fine.
