no. it doesn't like your wine. (it conflicts with win32 loader's wine
subdirectory)
rename /usr/local/include/wine to something else while compiling mplayer.
this is a known problem, but we couldn't yet find any method to solve :(

  ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
this shouldn't be included by mplayer.
